  • Gold Thread Embroidery Studio offers premium custom embroidery for businesses, special events, gifting, and personal keepsakes. Services include embroidered apparel and accessories such as polos, hats, jackets, sweatshirts, bags, baby items, and more.

  • The best file to provide is a DST embroidery file. If an embroidery file is not already available, digitizing will be required before production begins. You may submit vector files, such as SVG or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.

  • Digitizing is the process of converting your logo or artwork into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can read. This step is essential to ensure your design stitches out cleanly and professionally.

  • Order minimums may vary depending on the item, design, and overall scope of the project.

  • I source apparel and accessories for your project. Customer-provided garments may be accepted on a case-by-case basis; however, I am not responsible for issues that may arise during production, including manufacturer defects, hoop marks, scorching, or damage to customer-supplied items.

  • Each item is made to order, and standard processing time is typically 7–10 business days. Shipping time is separate from processing time and is determined by the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that larger, custom, or wholesale orders may require additional production time. If applicable, an estimated turnaround will be discussed before production begins.

  • Rush orders may be available depending on current workload and product availability. Additional rush fees may apply.
