Live Embroidery Experience

Perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, bachelorette parties, boutique events, corporate gifting, and client appreciation events, this interactive experience allows guests to create personalized pieces with names, initials, monograms, or a curated selection of approved embroidery designs.

Each live embroidery experience is customized based on event length, guest count, design needs, location, and the items being embroidered.

Embroidery Items

Clients may choose to provide their own embroidery-ready blanks or have Gold Thread source and curate items specifically for the event.

Client-provided items must be approved by Gold Thread prior to the event to ensure they are suitable for embroidery. Items may be required to be delivered in advance for review and preparation. Guest-provided or unapproved items cannot be accepted for embroidery during the event.

If you prefer for Gold Thread to handle the merchandise, we can source a coordinated selection of embroidery-ready items based on your event, style, and budget. Merchandise and applicable sourcing fees are priced separately from live embroidery services.

Booking Your Event

Events must be booked and the required non-refundable retainer paid at least 6 weeks prior to the event date to allow adequate time for consultation, design planning, testing, and preparation.

If Gold Thread will be sourcing merchandise for your event, additional lead time may be required depending on product availability and quantity.

Rush bookings may be available for an additional fee depending on event details, availability, design preparation, and merchandise needs.

Event minimums, retainers, rush fees, merchandise sourcing fees, and travel fees may apply.
